The Perfect Leo?

Well, most would say I'm the perfect Leo. Not quite. They say my color is Orange. I hate orange. In fact, I look awful in orange and yellow; although, there are those who will disagree. I am more into the dark colors: black, blues, reds, violets...The darks can be so soothing. Furthermore, a Leo's metal is gold. I loathe gold, thinking it highly overrated. Give me silver. Also, as you will notice, diamonds are supposed to be one of my stones. I hate diamonds; again, thinking they are highly overrated. Diamonds are not this girl's best friend...Anyway, here's some more insight to my personality. Beware...Beware....

More about the Leo

Leo, the fifth house of the Zodiac, is symbolized by the lion, a creature who is equally beautiful and dangerous. Leo's number, one, suits their preoccupation with self. The glyph derives from the first letter of the Greek word for lion, and the lion's actual tail. Leo's flowers include the Marigold and the Passion Flower, whose bold striking colors suits Leo's fiery nature. Leo's list of gems is long. Topaz, Ruby, Diamond, and Cat's Eye, naturally, are but a few of the lion's trinkets. Leo and the Sun are inexorably linked. No other planet could inspire such heat and passion in its subjects.

Love: For Leos, a large part of romance is style. They put themselves together marvelously. A lot of what they do depends on how they will look doing it. This is just the surface layer, for Leos are known for having enormous hearts and can fall faster in love than anyone at the Zodiac ball. This capacity for being consumed by love is an excellent thing in Leo's case, for it tempers their inclination to dominate a partner, making a balanced relationship possible.

Career: Word is out: Leos are bossy! Whether chief neurosurgeon or a hot dog vendor with his very own stand, they are convinced the right was to do things is their way. Their temperament often leads them into careers in the performing arts, politics, the military and ministers of every denomination. Leos must survive with a case of the light bliues, though, for anything less than an out and out cure for cancer is a bit of a let down for them.

Health: Leos rule the heart, and are prone to all the diseases of that delicate region, as well as bronchitis and backaches. Despite their much vaunted vitality, they must beware burnout. For the best possible health, Leos should make a pact with themselves to cultivate a little boredom into each hectic day.
